ProgressBar
A horizontal bar for task progress. A value from 0 to 1 fills the bar
proportionally; null shows an indeterminate sweep for work of unknown
length.

ProgressBar(value: 0.45)// A null value animates an indeterminate bar.ProgressBar(value: null)Details
Section titled “Details”The bar fills the available width — bound it with a SizedBox for a
fixed length — and renders sub-cell precision with eighth-block glyphs, so
a 4.5-cell fill shows four full blocks plus a half block rather than
rounding. For a status reading such as CPU or disk use, use Gauge.
